Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 April 2026

1. Overview

SocialTracker ("the Service") is an operator tool for tracking short-form video performance across platforms like TikTok and YouTube. This policy explains what data we access, why we access it, where it is stored, and what rights you have over it.

2. Data we access from connected platforms

When you connect a social account, SocialTracker requests only the scopes required to operate the product. Depending on the platform and scopes you approve, this can include:

SocialTracker does not request access to private messages, private content, follower lists, or any data scope outside those listed above.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we access strictly to:

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train public AI models.

4. Storage and retention

Access tokens and synced data are stored securely for the purpose of running the Service. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the SocialTracker Integrations screen, which revokes the stored token and stops further sync. Cached data from a disconnected account is removed on the next scheduled cleanup.

5. Third parties

SocialTracker relies on official platform APIs, including the TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Display API, the YouTube Data API, and hosting/infrastructure providers needed to run the Service. Your data is subject to the privacy policies of those providers while in transit and at rest on their infrastructure.

Relevant third-party policies include the TikTok Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact channel listed on the SocialTracker homepage. Disconnecting a platform from the Integrations screen is the fastest way to stop further data collection from that platform.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect access tokens and synced data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

SocialTracker is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact channel listed on the SocialTracker homepage.
