SocialTracker ("the Service", "we", "us") is an operator tool for tracking short-form video performance, comparing owned content against competitor accounts, and surfacing actionable insights. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use SocialTracker. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
SocialTracker connects to third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube using each platform's official APIs. When you connect an account, you authorize SocialTracker to read data permitted by the scopes you approve (for example, your profile information, public video metadata, and aggregate performance statistics).
You remain bound by the terms of service of each connected platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SocialTracker complies with those terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms.
You agree not to:
Content fetched from connected platforms remains the property of its original owners and is subject to those platforms' rights. SocialTracker's own code, UI, and analysis output are owned by SocialTracker. You retain ownership of any notes, labels, or configurations you create inside the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed as upstream APIs evolve. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialTracker disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall SocialTracker be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the terms of any connected platform.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact channel listed on the SocialTracker homepage.
